Minnehaha Creek Watershed District's Wetland Tour
Shrub Walk at MN Arboretum
This sign is one of five that comprise a "wetland tour" located on a boardwalk traversing a marsh. Each sign introduces visitors to a different zone of the wetland ecosystem.
Located on the Bailey Shrub Walk at the MN Landscape Arboretum, this sign shows what's involved in a site analysis, the first step to deciding which plants are right for a property. The six signs at this exhibit help visitors select shrubs.

Rain Garden at the MN Landscape Arboretum
Minnetonka Mill Co. site near Minnehaha Creek
A rain garden exhibit at the MN Landscape Arboretum features four interpretive panels. The above sign answers the question of why a rain garden is beneficial. Other signs address how it's constructed, its maintenance, and which plants make up the garden.
Located near Minnehaha Creek, a forgotten bit of local history is remembered by the City of Minnetonka. A small remnant of the mill remains, which acts as the focal point for this sign. Old photos and an illustration are integrated together, creating visual emphasis while enhancing liveliness.

Rhododendron Exhibit, MN Landscape Arboretum
Sam Morgan Prairie Restoration in Saint Paul
At the Rhododendron Exhibit of the MN Landscape Arboretum, visitors learn the basics about this plant family through three signs. This sign is an introduction.
The story of how a native prairie was found in the middle of the city opens an opportunity for education. This sign helps mark a memorial to a local leader, after whom the restoration project was named.
